I think the best solution ( and easiest) is to do a 'search' for 'files and

folders' relating to Ultimate30MDG (if this is what you originally called

the folder) and DELETE all found results from your computer.

Next, in 'C' drive, create a NEW folder and call it U30

Next - download the new U30 program and SAVE it to your new U30 folder -

click on OPEN FOLDER -( DO NOT click on 'open')

Open the NEW U30 folder and you will see 1 item in it - 'u30p' - now unzip

this into your NEW U30 folder (which is EXACTLY the same folder which you

have open) the u30p zip file MUST remain in this folder!

Once you have unzipped u30p in your New U30 folder (you may get a warning -

cannot open folder - just click on 'yes' and it will go away) - click on the

'30' icon ........

A frame will come up asking you to select your log adif file - click on the

adif file you wish to use in U30 and then click 'open' - once the adif has

been selected, the new U30 program will open for you - you are now done!

All you need to do now is correctly fill in all the 'personal and mail

setup' boxes - the program will run fine!
